Admissions
Students are placed at the Collaborative School through the PET process in their
public school. Once the PET has determined the need for a day treatment placement,
the school district’s special education director contacts the Collaborative’s education
director for a referral packet. The school district sends requested materials to the
Collaborative. After they are reviewed, an intake interview may be scheduled with
the parents and student. If the child is accepted into the program, a start date or
placement on a waitlist is determined. Please contact Ellen DeLuca, Education Director, with any questions concerning admissions.
