Setting up services

How are services arranged?
The initial step in receiving Out-Reach Support Services involves contacting our
Out-Reach Coordinator and discussing your school’s current situation and needs.
Although we are extremely sensitive to the importance of listening carefully to a school’s stated needs, we also assume responsibility to help schools better define their current needs. In short, services are arranged through a shared process of defining needs and finding cost-effective means by which to meet those needs. This planning process generally involves:

1. initial contact with Out-Reach Coordinator
2. written contract which outlines specific recommended services, cost, and timeline
3. an evaluating visit, classroom / student observation
4. discussion with teaching, clinical and administrative staff

How are these services paid for?

All services are paid for on a fee-for-service basis. Billing rates for consultants differ based upon background and training of consulting team.

Please contact Nicole Dennen, Out-Reach Coordinator, with any questions concerning
Out-Reach Services.
