Dr. Kilgallen is a licensed psychologist and doctoral level school psychologist. Dr. Kilgallen completed her undergraduate degree at Bates College and her graduate work at the University of Rhode Island. Prior to graduate school, Dr. Kilgallen worked with families at a community-based social services agency in London, England and in residential programs in the greater Boston area. Dr. Kilgallen completed both a doctoral internship and fellowship in psychology at the MSE/MHC under the supervision of Dr. Stewart. Dr. Kilgallen became the Associate Clinical Director in September 2011 and Clinical Director in 2016.
