Educational Curriculum
Our educational curriculum is aligned with the Maine Learning Results and all students are working towards meeting state and local standards. As determined by each student’s Individualized Education Plan, specially designed academic instruction as well as specific accommodations and supports are available to assist students.
At the Collaborative School, students participate in the Maine Educational Assessment and other curriculum-based measures to assess academic achievement. The Collaborative also uses other academic, functional, and vocational evaluations to inform instruction. High school students may attend the Collaborative School and work towards a diploma awarded by their sending district.
