Allegra Hirsh-Wright is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years’ experience in behavioral health and trauma. Allegra is a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) National Trainer and is nationally certified and rostered in multiple evidence-based trauma models. Allegra is a nationally recognized leader in advancing trauma-informed care, mitigating workforce distress, and strengthening professional and organizational wellbeing. Allegra sits on several local and national committees, is Co-Chair of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network’s Secondary Traumatic Stress Workgroup and has authored numerous resources on the topic of professional and organizational wellbeing. Allegra has served as an adjunct professor for over a decade, teaching undergraduate and graduate social work courses and mentoring emerging professionals in the field.
